I have a crap ton of these things. They also jam up my klir roller filter. Are these barnacles? Either way, how can I get rid of them?

They look like limpets to me. Harmless filter feeders. They have hard shells so I'm not sure if anything can eat them. I'd just manually remove them with a razor blade

Barnicles have feeder tentacles that constantly shoot out of the top of them and quickly retract

Limpets are likely. Snails/mollusks they are for sure

those are limpets. Limpets are kinda like snails. They suction themselves to the rock and eat algae. They are motile.

Limpets are motile algae eaters. No need to remove them.

Ah duh. Meant to say barnicles are filter feeders, not limpets
