Are these bowsers?

I got these in trade and were told they are bowsers. I'm Not so sure, thoughts?

I don't think they are, still nice looking though. Some of the pics I've seen have striping on the skirts

I do not think these are Bowsers, they are closer to Tyree orange rainbows or rainbow Infusion. (hard to see on my phone)

Bowsers are like a candy apple red but gain slight yellow/orange coloration between the green and the red while having bright red markings on the skirts. Candy apple reds can gain that yellow too of placed in high light making them look like a Bowser but still lack the bright red on the skirts.
