My tank is about 6 months old. I have a clown pair and a Midas blenny along with a cuc of snails and a fire shrimp. This the second or third time I’ve seen these. Are they clown eggs?

Snail eggs is what they look like to me as well. Clowns generally don't place eggs where you can see them, but typically tucked away somewhere tight.

Agreed, and usually where you see them hang out, if they've called a specific spot "home" in your tank :)
