Are these code pods in my refugium?

I refugium today and saw these little critters swimming around in the refugium. What is weird is that my Chaeto is not growing and there is even some Chaeto that is now white. Is this ok? The reason why IA concerned.is that a torch is totally withdrawn and one fonio as well. All other coral, mainly, LPS are doing fine.

The chaeto should not be white, you may want to consider your lighting source. It may not be the right light or not enough intensity.

To help with the coral we'd need to know what the stats are including Calcium/Magnesium/Alkalinity/Nitrate/Phosphate at least.
