Are these copepods?

When I shine a light in my tank at night I see thousands maybe millions of dust sized things swimming around. Is this norma? Are these microbubbles, pods, something else?

They look like bubbles to me. If you really want to be sure. Take a sample of the water and check it under a microscope.

There were a few pods that swam through in the video, but I agree that most of those look like bubbles.
