Are these diatoms?

Tank is a little over a month old, fully cycled weeks ago. Got a small amount of diatoms a few weeks in, but they’ve gotten worse and turned into this. I think it may be from the water I was using, no way of getting RODI so was using purified water, will be using distilled from now on. Are these diatoms? Some parts seem more clumped and gel like?

Yea probaly so. Feel em. Pinch between your fingers and should have a slight texture.
If it’s slimey and and hard to get a pinch. Might be a slime or cyano.
