Are these Dino’s

Been battling a mix of cyano and GHA but lately it’s started to look more snotty with air bubbles in it. Just tested my water and my nitrates are 0 and phosphates are also zero! I recorded a video through my microscope. The fast moving red dots are what I believe are Dinos. Any ideas or tips. I have nitrates and phosphates on hand to dose.

Currently doing a 3 day black out. And I ordered a 57w aqua uv that should be here Saturday. It a 120 gallon system.
