Are these Dino's?

Been fighting some brown hair in my tank, that's exactly what they look like brown hair. They don't get bubbly and don't look like snot. My snails do not die either. I tried h202 dosing at twice the reccomended dose with a 4 hour photo period, after 7 days they went away only to come back a week later. After that I tried 48 hours lights out and dosed h2o2 followed by a water change, they went away for 5 days and now they're back. Here's a pic, the string coming off the bleached acro.

Doesn't appear to be Dinos. The lights out period should be 3 days (72hours). Doesn't have the same characteristics. Can't tell by the shots you have there what it is though.
