Just noticed these tonight when cleaning glass. Anyone know what they are? #reefsquad @KJ
 
It looks like El Chupacabra eggs!

But seriously I have no idea!
 
Looks a bit like nerite snail eggs. Any nerites in the tank? I've only ever seen them attached to the glass, though.
 
Tough to ID from that photo... could be eggs, could be some sort of hydroid. I'd do a vinegar bath on the scraper, in any case, get that, and the coraline algae, and whatever else off of it.

Keeping a magnetic scraper in the tank, below water level, when not in use is something I would discourage. Eventually, a tube worm, or something similar is going to grow on there with a hard skeleton, and you're going to scratch the heck out of your glass. It's a lesson I had to learn the hard way.
