Are these eggs!

My Bangaii Cardinals have been swimming very close to each other for a few days. Today what I thought might be a parasite or injury now appears to be eggs. Am I correct?

Are there other fish in the tank? Sometimes they will stress the cardinals into releasing the eggs.
