Are these eggs?

Not sure what these white dots are. About the size of pencil eraser, maybe smaller. They are flat and hard like a rock.

I have the same thing in my tank all over. After a while they just break off the spot they where on and end up in the filtration. Honestly, I think they are Turbo snail eggs. Everyplace my giant Mexican Turbo has been it leaves these behind.
