Are these Eye of Rah?

I've always liked these, and they look really good grown out. The blue has really come out as well under my T5s. I'm just wondering if you think they are eye of rah. They look slightly different IMO. I guess it could be a morph of them.

After looking close on zoaid.com, the eye of rah has an orange mouth.

So do these have a name currently???
