I can only attest that my Powder Brown is a rascal and was trying to bully any fish, large or small introduced to the tank after him. Some didn’t make it.
He settled down after 10 years, but I am still afraid to add new fish, although those with different body shapes are usually ignored.

yes those are fine together, either add them all at the same time, or add the tang last.
one caveat, panthers come in really really small sometimes, like 1.5 inches or so, and porcupines come in fairly large, definitely large enough to eat a panther that size, so choose your fish accordingly
