Are these fish fighting or flirting ?

Are these fish fighting or "flirting"?!

I’ve never see this wrasse and Firefish behaving this way, but the past two days they have been acting strange. Sometimes the wrasse nips and chases the fire fish under the rock and other times they do this funny dance. What is going on here?

It looks like they're both playing in the water stream, with the wrasse occasionally taking a poke at the firefish.
