Are these fish ok together in quarantine?

Hello,
I'm planning on putting these fish together in a 20 gallon and following the quarantine protocol provided on this site and following the "Difficult Fish to QT guide" as well for the wrasse.

Black cap basslet
Whitetail bristletooth tang
Melanurus wrasse
Sailfin blenny

Are these fish compatible together in a 20 gallon? Size/behavior?

If that's the best you can do make sure to provide plenty of pvc elbows and a close eye on ammonia. Also ensure proper testing with quality tests. API and badges aren't usually sufficient.

It is a cycled tank with 1 sponge filter if that helps/means anything. What are quality tests then?

Hanna is usually the most recommended. Especially for copper which requires precise dosing.

While the tank is cycled you still end up with having to closelt watch ammonia due to not having any rock or substrate in the tanks.

I QT with sponges I keep in my display sump. I put a couple in a HOB filter, no ammonia problems as long as you don’t overfeed and do occasional water changes.

Agree Hanna copper checker is awesome, I use with copper power.

Both the badge and api test are at the low end of reliability. For ammonia you could either do hanna or go cheaper with salifert.

The ammonia badges aren't really reliable in any situation.

Badges work fine but I throw them away after each batch of fish. They’re not accurate but you’re not trying to measure ammonia, just detect if any is present. You can verify they work by holding near a bottle of ammonia.

Water changes, siphon out uneaten food, seeded sponges… should be fine.
