Just spotted this in my tank and realized it is moving. what the heck is this thing? It seems flat.
Look closely to the glass.

Cant really tell from that picture. Do you have a better picture?
After looking some pictures online, I am 100% sure it's these are flatworms. And I am seeing some dead ones.

So any suggestions on how to eliminate them? I did some research online stating that wrasses will eat them but my tank is only 13 gallons and have two harlequin shrimps. Any wrasse that can fit my tank condition? How about medication dosing?

Best bet is to manually remove as many as you can and use flatworm exit since its too small for a predator.

I have lost a Euphyllia and a Hammer to FWs. In my case they are not Red Planaria and Flatworm RX (which I believe is pretty much identical to FW exit) does nothing. Neither does my Sixline Wrasse (probably too well fed!). For me it’s initial dipping of the affected corals in Coral RX and then manual removal of those that survive. They seem to be the cockroaches of the sea in my tank.

Manually siphon and remove as many as possible. Other than wrasses, blue striped nudibranch will eat them. Other option is Flatworm Exit

Small silicon tube and siphon them up, you would be amazed how easy they are to pick up. If able I’d highly recommend taking out rocks and shaking them off in a bucket/tub of changed out water. The more you get out the better if you’re planning on FWE. The poison they leave behind is no joke.
