Are these flatworms….

Just wondering if these are flatworms, I assume they are as I’ve had nothing but bad luck lately , just don’t move like pods. Not sure how bad they are for the tank. Anyone have luck getting rid of them if that is what they are

White flatworms

So, I woke up this morning, stumbled to the coffee pot, poured myself a cup of Colombian Roast, then made my way out to my frag set up in the garage to continue my morning routine. I walked up to the 40g breeder, which is my only frag tank as of now, and am delighted to see more copepods...or...

White flatworms are ok in single or smaller numbers. The red ones or orange color ones are planaria and a pest and can multiply in vast numbers.
I've had em and a Dino outbreak after following the extermination of the planaria.
