Just wondering if these are flatworms, I assume they are as I’ve had nothing but bad luck lately , just don’t move like pods. Not sure how bad they are for the tank. Anyone have luck getting rid of them if that is what they are

White flatworms are ok in single or smaller numbers. The red ones or orange color ones are planaria and a pest and can multiply in vast numbers.
I've had em and a Dino outbreak after following the extermination of the planaria.
