A few weeks ago I found tiny tiny flatworms in my refugium (too small to Id at the time) and I was able to find some bigger ones to take a picture of today. They arent in the display at all from what I can see. Are these bad flatworms? Or just something that will add biodiversity to my tank?

Acoel Flatworms
They won't hurt anything in the sump, however if they make it into the display they can grow in numbers very quickly and smother coral. They don't munch on coral but cover them and prevent them from getting light. I would siphon them out as I see them.

I have those in my invert quarantine tank. Hmmm. Anyone have a recommendation how to get rid of them? Right now I’m quarantining lots of snails, so I really don’t want to nuke my snails. (Sorry I’m hijacking).

Flatworm exit works like a charm on these guys.

Just follow as above stated and water change and re test your water. When the worms die you will have a spike in amonia and a mini cycle will start.

And get out as many dead as you can

It's not a big infestation for the moment so I'm not to worried about a cycle
