I have notice these on my tank glass , any help ID and best way to get rid of them

Depends if you need to. Not all are bad necessarily. I've had them in my aquariums since I started in saltwater and never had any issues. Some wrasses will eat them.
 
Any idea how to get rid of them ?
Can look into a wrasse of some sort depending on tank size- 6 line, melanarus, yellow coris all known to eat them. Like everything in this hobby, it’s not guaranteed of course. I had luck with a White Spotted Pygmy Filefish picking them off the rocks in one of my tanks and keeping it clear. I do currently have a large population in one of my other systems and added a melanarus. I recommend siphoning out as many as you can see when you do water changes, and also running carbon since they can let out toxins when they die off. I’d also recommend going the natural route, manual removal, and overall managing as low of a population as you can before you try anything chemical like Flatworm Exit.
 
YEP! once you get them theyre pretty hard to get rid of unless you nuke the tank.
