Yes Brown Flatworms.
 
Blue velvet nudibranchs eat flatworms.
 
I have a few of those in my sump, and some clear ones too. They never make it into the DT though, I think my wrasses eat them haha
I wouldnt use FE unless theyre really bad. But I would be careful too-some FW release toxins in the water column when they die.

I was always told that when you see them, it means youre doing something right :)

I just turkey baster blasted one of my live rocks with flatworms on it they were flying around and my six line wrasse was getting them like a fighter jet , it was pretty impressive. So maybe I can keep doing that for a while and maybe nuke them when the population thins out cause I definitely ain't gonna siphon those tiny things out manually, that's just crazy.
