Are these flatworms?

Saw these white circles like thing in my sump and tank. Plz I'd these

Hard to tell from the photos and videos but they don’t look like flat worms. Your description of circular brings spirorbid worms to mind though. Google that to see if that’s what you have

Not sure. I think u r right. I'll try to get better pic. Don't know how they managed to make their way to sump

If they’re spiros, that’s where you will normally see them. Harmless filter feeders that like the dark. Probably just means you’ve got high nutrients

I had now tried with some lights. I think they r not moving
