Fish were dipped in Quickcure. Noticed these white specs at the bottom of the bucket.

Could be, if you’re not sure pick them up with tweezers and make sure it doesn’t crush like sand.

Unfortunately I flushed everything. Didn't think anything of it until a few fish started flashing. They were treated in copper for 30 days followed by 2 weeks of Hypo and then formalin dipped before moving to new display.

Are all fish in the display now? Are some still flashing?

Yes all are in the display. They actually didn't start flashing until they were moved to the display. These were the 1st fish to go in the display. The tank is basically sterile with no inverts.

Was the display left fallow for a reason or is it a new tank setup?

Tank set up with dry rock or live rock? Seems like they picked up flukes from somewhere. The hypo should have eliminated it.

Old live rock that was bleached and then cooked for over a month outside. Can flukes survive hypo? I am basically a fish tank now with base rock so I really have no issues treating with something. Worst case I will drop Chloroquine in the display tank if need be.

If you suspect flukes got through then treat with Prazi twice (5-7 days apart)

I don’t think flukes came in on the rock. If anything you may have had a failed hypo session.
