Are these good perameters ?

As the title says just curious if these are decent perameters and if any conflict the other, how? And why ?

Mag 1400
Phos 0.03
Salinity 35
Nitrate 15
Temp 80

That seems fine to me. The temperature is a little warm (usually 78 is best) but not horrible. I keep my alk and calcium at the same levels

My tank is 6 months old , I have a Red Sea reefer 350 with 2 reef led 90s , one kessil ( not on),two aquamaxx reactors with rox 8 carbon and brs gfo, TUNZE algae reactor ati 6 head doser and am dosing cal alk and mag ,3k gyre , I do 12% roughly water changes a week

The only thing I can guess is not the right light settings or flow or maybe an infection but you might want to start a new threat for that specifically since you will need put more details as to how they die and how quickly as well as how you acclimate.
