Are these guys something to worry about?

I found a few types of hitchhikers living in my rocks and was able to snap a picture of this guy. definitely different then the other one I saw though

Depends on if it's a bristleworm or a fireworm. I can't tell from the picture. If it's a fireworm, you'll definitely want it gone.

Agreed. I do not spot the characteristic red tufts of Fireworms on OP’s specimen.
