are these isopods?

What are these growing in my reef tank?
Night time pictures. Haven't seen them in daytime.
Are these bad? if yes, how to get rid of them.

Yes, isopods. There is another isopod that looks similar but has much larger eyes (the name escapes me at the moment) those are parasitic to fish and inverts.

Wrasses such as a yellow Halichoeres chrysus will decimate them.
