Are these lights strong enough?

I am looking for a light for my 37 gallon tank that is strong enough so i wont have to worry about lighting with coral. I saw this guy posting these 2 on facebook market place (check attachment).

Are they strong enough and priced reasonably? I am located in canada.

Do you have better or cheaper recommendations.

G2 and G3 are pretty old lights. You may be better with something new. Noopsyche k7 pros are sub $200 usd and perform well. This tank is light with 6 of them it's 84x30x25"

$600+ seems pretty steep for a 37 gallon IMO, and I'm not sure we can get the noopsyche here, I've never seen it anywhere.

You can check out the nicrew 100 watt or 150 watt on amazon, thats a good quality light. I'm sure there are a few other options, hope others can offer more suggestions

Yes you easily overflight a tank, but, in your case, No, just don’t run it full….
Good lights IMO. Happy with them.

I agree I would get the 150 watt, if I remember the price difference was less than $50 so its worth it.
