Are these Oompa Loompas?

They were sold to me as Oompa Loompas and I just wanted to run it by everyone here because I paid a fairly cheap price pp when I have seen them online with a hefty price tag... Dont mind the hair algae, I am battling it as best I can...

The ones on the far left are obviously the zoas in question..

Now is there a difference between Oompa Loompas and Electric Oompa Loompas? Or is it the same zoa just different name?

electric ones are very very orange, the ones in that link are not them. do a google search for the electric ones and the 3rd ones are what I have.
