are these pests?

hello! can someone tell me if these are ok to have on the side of my torch? ive been reading about different pests and just wanted to make sure these arent any of those! are the little tube things something to worry about? or just natural?

I see a few small featherdusters and spiorbid worms. All fine.

Flesh band is very small means it’s not the happiest at the moment.

any thoughts on how to remedy that? ive had it for about 3-4 months and that show it looked when i got it.
