Are these pods? If so what type?

Kind of looks like the copepods I would see floating around in my water. The fish wait downstream basically and catch them all day long.

Thanks, I have pulled all my fish out due to ich treatment, I guess the pods own the tank now, they are everywhere.

That's entirely possible now that the predators are gone. Hopefully they and your fish will survive your treatment. My pods hide all the time now with fish in there. Saw some in my sump but that was it.
