Are these pods?

Not sure if you can ID but see video attached. They are all over the lava rocks I have on my frag tank.

Yes look like munnid isopod.

They look like amphipods on my small phone screen...which if you look at them closeup look like tiny little curled up shrimp. If amphipods, they are good to have in the tank.

Yes, I think you nailed it...they do look like Munnid Isopods more than amphipods. I don't see any of them "curled" up like an amphipod!
