No, you don’t want those in your tank. I would isolate the coral/rock for some time and try and dip it.

Oh ok, ya I shook them off and dipped the coral, I thought if they were beneficial I'd add them to the tank, guess not

Isopods tend to be predatory and as they grow they might get a taste for your fish.
