I'd say no. There's so many Hawaiian PEs that have come through that look very similar. Also not sure if its the lighting, but there's no green in RDPEs. Here's my Dark Pheonix, another very similar Morph.IMO a lot of the RDPES sale threads I've seen are likely Dark Pheonix. I wouldn't label them otherwise unless they're lineaged to a reputable source.
