Are these red mangroves? How to plant them?

they look similar to red mangrove props (seedlings) but not exactly, lots of mud on there btw, you can't take red mangroves out of the ground, you can only collect the seed pods floating on the surface. My mangrove pod looked similar to that but had a red end on one side and looked like a bean pod. tagging along for positive ID
