are these snail eggs? I have some baby snails walking crawling around. thanks all

Hard to tell from the pictures, If you're referring to the little white dots, if they dont move, it's more likely they're spirorbid worms. Common filter feeders.

yes those I am refering to, are they harmfull or good? they suddenly showed up in the hundreds on thrle glass and plastics..

They are generally harmless filter feeders. They populate based on how much excess food is available. As long as you don't overfeed their numbers will stay in check. They have been known to bother corals if their numbers get out of control :)
 
Could also be Hydroids. They showed up in my tank for about 2 weeks and looked exactly like that. Suddenly all gone. I think they were called Medusa Hydroids.
