They do not look like it to me, but you can tell by the Operculum. Sundials have a very distinct Operculum.
Those look more like a close relative to Collonista. Did you find them among zonanthids?

If that is the case than no I would not worry about them.
If they were Sundails you would find them among the zoanthids. You would also notice partially eaten as well as closed up zoanthids.
I forgot the same of them. I have a ton of those is my tank. They populate very quickly, I suggest you take out as many as you can manually. They mainly eat algea. You will see them crawling over zoanthids at night but they are not eating them so no need to freak out. They only come out at night so the wrasses don't get them. They are just a nuisance.
