These are 3 different mushrooms...wondering if they are the same? The first 2 look really similar

I'm confused about this...is rodactis a genus? Do you know the species?

Per Tidalgardens.com
Rhodactis mushroom corals are corallimorphs of the order Corallimorpharia. They are an oddity in terms of classification. Because of their soft bodies and lack of a skeleton they often associated with soft corals or even anemones, but in terms of taxonomy have more in common with stony corals.

Judging by the pics: First and second pic could be the same, but the third looks to have a different outer edge than the others.

Not a genus, Rhodactis is just a species of mushroom coral. So their species is Rhodactis.
Rhodactis is the genus so the latin would be Rhodactis (seconds part of latin name). Reef hobbyist just don't specify mushrooms past the genus name. Rhodactis, Discosoma or are really as specific as it gets outside of hobbyist made names (like hairy mushroom, OG bounce, St. Thomas etc.) Ricordea seem to be the only mushrooms where people use the proper latin (Ricordia florida and Ricordia yuma)

Hmmm...interesting... thank you. The first 2 pix are the same mushroom and the last is a different one... I'm just confused because they are both being called the same thing. If I understand correctly, "rodactis" is a general name that encapsulates many mushrooms and it's not easy to find out the specific species.
