Are these things copeopods?

I tried to post a video so you could see the way they crawl, but it wouldn’t post for some reason. They’re on the frag plug with my acan. Honestly they were about the size of fleas and crawled, not swim, like some sort of bug.

not trying to be rude at all but you might need a better picture because i cant really see anything but a few specks.
