Are these two going to be good neighbors?

A few days ago a nem split decided to cozy up to my duncan. So far the duncan doesn't look unhappy. It's hard to tell in the photo but they are touching. I tried the ice cube thing to get the nem to move but he's a stubborn one. Is this likely to be a problem?

The duncan will get damaged. I had a ricordea yuma touching my duncan and I had to move it because the yuma was stinging it and hurt a couple heads. I'm fairly certain a bubble tip is worse than a ric for sting potential.
