Just got back from LFS and got it in the tank and noticed this. If it is a disease or ich please let me know how to treat it/what product to use. Thanks!

The blue light pics and video are a little difficult to see clearly. White light and closeups would help.
What I think I see are large white markings which looks more like injury or lymphocystis. Better pictures and a description of what you are seeing will help us provide a better diagnosis and recommended treatment. Injury could have occurred during the netting, transportation, acclimation of the fish, and other tank residents may have bullied him.
Saltwater ich appears as very small white spots, almost like sugar or salt. The more spots, the more advanced the parasite infection is. I see you have already placed the fish in your display tank. If any treatment is needed, you will need a quarantine tank.
In either case, you should contact the store where you purchased the fish if you just got him today.

Agreed, contact the store. I presume it didn't have these spots when it was at the dealer's? It may be that they had to chase it around to catch it, and this was the result. Also, when these tangs get stressed, they turn darker. That, in turn, can cause skin lesions/scrapes to become more prominent.
