...and are all worms bad for the aquarium?

Sorry for poor quality pic, hard to get good sharp picture on the cellphoe with that kind of zoom.

Not all worms are bad for the aquarium hobby. In the wild they have their purposes.

The pics provided are of Asterina Starfish.
 
Thanks guys for quick ID (starfish was my second guess) so far I saw only 3 and removed them manually, but if more will show up I guess Harlequin shrimp will be my next investment.
 
Don't recommend Harlequins due to their voracious appetites for starfish. Some just borrow the Harlequin Shrimp from fellow reefers only to pass it on or return them after their systems have been cleaned out of the unwanted Asterina Starfish.

Update: If you, just like me, think there's only 2 or 3 you of them saw on the glass that means there's 10 to 20 times more on your rock. First week after original post I think I picked up at least 50 of them with the pincers. I also found out it is much easier to find them with the blue light on. After second week I have developed harlequin shrimp sight ;) and got most of them off. Last week I spot maybe one or two and that's it.
