Are they Bristol Worms? Good or Bad ?

I see these very tiny worms move on the glass wall! How big can they get? How to reduce them?

Now they are about 2 to 3 mm.

Looks like bristle worms, but with that picture it's kinda hard to be 100% sure. Depending on who you talk to, they can be either good or bad. I fall into they are mostly a good part of the clean up crew.
Your tank can only support so many. In time, their numbers will level out. A good indicator that that is already happening is they are on the glass. Not a normal place to find them. Obviously looking for food.

I just saw a Bristol Worm of 1 Inch. Seeing it for the first time.

My tank was bit messy with Green Algae for past one week. This morning i did a 30% change and cleaned up all the algae. This should Possibly reduce the Worm population to an extent.
