Are they flatworm or bugs on Torch's polyps?

At night, shooting on the torch, I found dots on the polyps. They are seem not moving. Pests?

Other torches don't have those dots

I dipped it with Revive and got nothing. Any suggestion?

try a freshwater dip and see if anything comes off
