Are this fish eggs ?? Sea urchin ?

Hi fellow reefers. I noticed these white dots "see picture". On the front glass on my 60 gallon. What are they ?

I have 2 sea urchin. 4 cardinal fish. 1 clown. 4 blue chromis, 1 yasha goby, 1 lawnmower blenny and 1 scooter blenny. Plus coral and cleaning crew ( snails, hermit, emerald crab)

Its my first tank. All water parameters are fine and coral is also happy.

Thanks so much for welcoming me Sir. As this is my first rodeo on the hobby I feel I mist ask. How will the eggs develop. Will other fishes eat them ? Is there something I should do? Or just let nature work.

Let nature work most will likely become a fish snack, some may make it though
