Are we ever 100% satisfied with our tanks?

Wow, you could just re-scape a small section once a month and at the end of a year the whole 300g would be different than the year before. It would definitely be less disruptive than doing the 40b every month. Your fish are probably used to it though, I can hear them saying, "Yep, there he goes again!"

I will be 100% satisfied once I get a frag of Blueberry Fields acro...oh and a frag of sapphire milli....and lastly a frag of hallucinations....oh and a really nice master scoly...then i will be 100% satisfied with my tank....wait, I also NEED some radion pros to make me completely satisfied with my tank. oh, i know i'm forgetting something else ; )

everything with my tank happy with, wish could go bigger but with military housing so little space to upgrade! just purchased led lights for my 2 tanks. led upgrades - 55gal rapid led diy kit with added 4 violet leds upgrade and 30gal ai hydra upgrade! im just hoping that they perform as good as i think they will! 3 more weeks and be back to the states to set it up! cant wait!

I was actually 100% satisfied with my tank a few weeks back, it was a nice feeling to just sit back, watch the tank and not worry about moving crap around. I got a good 2 months of pure satisfaction and then I brought in an acro colony i got for a really good deal that apparently had a bacterial infection..nuked all my other acros. so now I'm working my way back to that point

I don't ever think I will be 100% happy with my tank and I am happy with that. This hobby is always changing and evolving and our tanks should reflect that.

Speaking of QT, I just broke down my Frag tank and a biocube...........now I think I need some new item to start them back up next month XD. God, Help me stop ............

I plan on QTing if they are wild or not from local people, if they are frags from my local buddies a dip will just do since i see their tanks almost as much as i see mine lol

Hardcore reefers are their own worst critics. Nothing ever good enough. I think most of us have some sort of obsessive compulsive behavior that we somehow exercise through reefing. Having this level of control over an ecosystem inside of a glass box is fun and addicting. Yeah I'm sick and I need help

I definitely have reef OCD. I used to collect watches and that was almost as bad. A tiny spec of dust under the crystal would set me crazy. I'm always moving something around, a piece of coral, rubble on the bottom, the sand ... it never ends
