Are you guys having website issues?

I tried to access the site in both Chrome and Safari and while I can get to the main page and some sub-pages, when I click on the combine doc skimmers I get this error in Chrome

In Safari I get this error:

Any thoughts? I cleared my cookies and browsing data just to be sure but got the same errors.

I can get right in to their site

Can you get to the Comline Doc Skimmers? That was the page I was having issues with. I can get to the homepage and some of the other subpages but the Comline Doc Skimmers page gives me that error

Have you tried other devices? Good to know if it’s just your one device or your whole house with the issue. Could be a firewall setting

Yes, it seems to working for me this morning. The website is run in Germany and early mornings is when backups and updates are run, so it can be down/glitchy around 1-3am CET, which is 7-9pm your time.

So just for kicks I tried the links above as well. The page wI’ll load for a second and then go to a ‘cannot open page’ message. I am using Safari on an iPad

I’m using safari and chrome on my iPhone and that’s exactly what it does

All I’m trying to get are the dimensions of the smallest skimmer to see if it would fit in an AIO chamber lol

I believe the issue stems with you using Apple devices. I always have the same issue using my iPad and iPhone. I first noticed it about a year or 2 when I tried to purchase a replacement for my broken skimmer cup. This may sound weird but what you have to do is hit the “back” button then hit “x” quickly to stop it from loading. For a split second the page will load then go to the error screen. It takes a couple of tries but this is what I had to do. At times it’ll load fine without having to do all that.
