Pax Bellum ARID C30 macroalgae reactor that I purchased back in December of last year. I ran on my 55 gal. reef for approximately (6) months but have taken off line to make room for my new build. It is rated for aquariums up to 400 gallon. Since purchasing, I've decided to build my own reactors due to the larger size of my system. Includes 3/4" quick disconnect fittings at inlet and outlet to reactor along with calcium reactor feed/injection assembly, and LED power supply. I'll also include a new 1000 ml bottle of Nitrate solution and 500 ml bottle of Iron solution. These are dosed to feed the macroalgae. Does not include a return pump. I used a mag 5 pump when only running the reactor. A larger pump would be required to handle the back pressure of a calcium reactor if one was plumbed through this unit. Asking $800 shipped. I believe these run around $1,700 currently without the options and nitrate/iron solution.
This is approximately 10 days of chaeto growth from my 55 gal. I would typically remove 2/3's of the chaeto, rinse the remaining 1/3 and place back into the reactor every (2) weeks or so.
I've had this Marineland 250dd aquarium sitting in storage for a few years now. I purchased from another individual who had stored it as well. It has never been filled with water to my knowledge. All silicone is in great condition. The only imperfection is a small chip on the lower right hand corner at the front. I am not sure how the chip occurred as I didn't notice until after it was home in my garage. The chip is only on the very edge of the front glass pane. It has not produced a crack or damaged the silicone on the inside. My only reason for listing is that it has the oak finish and clear silicone which will not match my other 300dd aquariums. Aquarium is currently on my utility trailer and I would be willing to deliver within an hour of Indianapolis. However, this will require 3-4 guys to unload as it easily weighs 450 - 500 lbs. Measurements are 60"L x 36"W x 27"H. I do have the reef ready overflow plumbing kits with this as well. Asking $700.
