Kinda what I thought. Arms have orange skirts correct?

Yes they have orange in their skirts the black and orange swirl continues onto the skirt.

nicest paly I have in my tank. Mine started to melt away but the last 2 polyps seem to be doing better. I'm down to 2 polyps I hope I can grow them back.
