Arsenic?

I just got the results from my ICP test. One of my tanks shows elevated levels of arsenic. In the past, one of my tests showed elevated levels of lead. I tested my source water and there was no lead or arsenic in it. Where does this come from? Is it dangerous? Also, I have a bottle of Triton’s heavy metal neutralizer but I can find no instructions on how often I should use it. Does anyone know?
