Both statements are both saying exactly the same thing here.
You were given a discount code to use at checkout that was giving you the introductory pricing, which we sent to you and we agreed to honor, even though it was miscalculated and underestimated.
What you created this whole post over was you not being provided the add'l 10% intended for submissions which contributed to our popular/standard tank library. A custom tank (which yours is) did not qualify for this in the first place so it is mute.
My parents taught me a lot of great things too. They were, and my mother still is to this day, ministers for the Salvation Army. I believe I know a thing or two about my word. I was taught even more about God's word, but my word is also strong.
As I told you in the PM string, I have no problems if you do business with us. Nor do we have a problem if you take business elsewhere. We did honor the original inaccurate pricing for those "originals" as you mentioned and have moved on from there. Quite a strong majority of them have used their discount codes very happily. We have had nobody else complain as you about it. So, our conscience is clear.
