I recently started a 10g tank in my son's room that has a single skunk clown in it. Really cute little guy, but very shy. He's currently taken up residence in a cave under the rock, which ultimately, we'd like to be a spot for a goby/pistol shrimp combo. The tank is new, so I don't want to put a real anemone in it and am considering an artificial one to see if he likes it. Reading some reviews on Amazon though (color bleeding into water, causing a seeming bacterial bloom, etc), I'm hesitant to put one in my tank. Anyone used one successfully (meaning, without water/tank issues, whether the clowns used it or not doesn't matter at this point)? If so, what brand was it?

The clowns going to do whatever it wants to do. My female clown took a cave I have coral everywhere and they don't care about none of it. I highly doubt a fake anenome would change that some won't even host a real one. Not worth the risk. Could change the rockwork up and see if he chooses a new spot.
